Steve Gikas
As the CEO of both California Nuggets and CornBelt Ag, Steve has had a distinguished career. But, to him, his family is what he has always considered his greatest success. “I love what I do. I’m very lucky to have a career I am passionate about. My motivation has never been toward making money or receiving recognition. What I strive to do every day is be someone my wife, kids and grandkids can be proud of - a honest man with integrity. The relationships I have made with our partners - many of which have lasted for decades - are critically important to my business and to me. I take the promises I make to them very seriously.’

Andy Stubblefield
CornBelt Ag Director of Operations Andy Stubblefield has over 25 years of experience in the grain industry - 17 at this facility, Along with his wife Hillary, Andy lives in rural Arrowsmith, IL, has three grown children and a grandbaby on the way. Working to make the facility run as smoothly and efficiently as possible is Andy’s favorite part of his job. “We always want both our growers and our buyers to know that we purchase the best equipment available and take great care in maintaining it. They can have confidence that we will always aim deliver as promised - or better.’
Dave McClure
A graduate of Illinois State University and third generation farmer, Dave has worked with Hereford and Charolais cattle since he was five years old. He raised his three sons on his family’s farm outside of Gibson City - where he still lives with his wife, Shelbie. This proud ‘Pa’ looks forward to showing cattle with his two adorable granddaughters - just as he did their dad and uncles. As CornBelt Ag’s Lead Merchandiser, the aspect of his job that Dave enjoys most is forging agreements that bring together area growers with international purchasers. ‘Being the link between those who have product and those who need product is very rewarding. Creating a positive experience for all parties is the most important thing I do.’
